Your subscription is confirmed and we receive your shipping details with email and phone number.

We carefully select 6 unique puzzle boxes that you haven't solved before, trying to provide a variety of categories and difficulty levels.

Your selected puzzle boxes are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping

Your package is handed over to our shipping partner with tracking information provided.

Delivery

Your package arrives at your doorstep. Time to start solving puzzles! From the moment you receive your parcel, we start counting days for your return reward.

Solve Puzzles

Simply scan the QR code on the puzzle box to see the code and start solving it. Once you solve it, you can submit your solution image to the leaderboard. You can also view the leaderboard to see how you rank against other players.

Return Process

Once you've solved all puzzles, use the provided return label to send the boxes back. You can see all the details on the return guide page.

Important Notes

  • All packages include tracking information that will be sent to your email
  • We send our parcels via Evri using Tracked 48 service
  • Return shipping is prepaid and included with your package
  • Please handle puzzle boxes with care to maintain their condition
