How to Return Your Puzzle Box
Follow these simple steps to ensure your puzzle box is returned safely and you get your return reward!
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Check All Pieces
- Return the puzzle to the codebox in the same condition you received it. You can scan the QR code to check the original state.
- Close the latch on the codebox, ensuring the correct code remains set so it can be easily opened in our warehouse.
2. Pack the Box
- Arrange all codeboxes neatly in the original box as shown below. Place them on the side with locks facing each other to save space:
3. Prepare for Shipping
- Place the box inside the provided return envelope.
4. Apply Return Label
- Locate your prepaid return label inside your original delivery package.
- Stick it firmly on the return envelope, ensuring it's clearly visible
5. Ship the Box
- Drop off at any Evri collection point
- Get a proof of postage receipt (it's free)
- Keep the receipt until your return is confirmed
Important Tips
- Return as soon as you can to maximize your return reward
- Don't write or mark on the puzzle box or pieces
- immediately if you're missing the return label or any other pieces or you have any other issues.
